Birchir muesli, the perfect way to enjoy oats

As requested here is the method for this delicious Birchir muesli perfect way to enjoy oats in summer when porridge isn’t tantalising enough! Bear in mind the oats need to soak overnight!
Serves 2
1) Mix one cup of gluten free oats with 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp coconut cream ad 1 cup fresh cloudy apple juice (or water – but apple gives sweetness) and soak in the fridge in a container overnight.
2) Next morning: add the following:
1 grated granny smith apple
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp non irradiated cinnamon
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut.

Mix and serve with some toasted almond flakes or pistachio nuts and reserved berries and pumpkin seeds….
